the room offered a lovely view over the loch. it was spacious and comfortable, a junior suite sea view. the staff were fantastic, especially amanda and morag, who were helpful . the food was also tasty, and i enjoyed the variety of options available.
The bathroom lights were a major issue at night. bright downlights came on whenever the door opened and we could not turn them off. this flooded the bedroom with light and disrupted sleep. the window in the bathroom had frosted glass but no blind. It made us uncomfortable.

a haven by the loch

The gardens stretched beautifully to the loch, a very picturesque sight. the room decor showed great attention to detail, i noticed fine fabrics and harmonious colours. dinner in the restaurant was good. Each course seemed like a carefully crafted piece of art. The lounges offered a wonderfully cosy atmosphere both before and after our meal.
the car park was occasionally very busy, making it a small challenge to find a space close to the entrance, particularly during peak hours.

the staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, carrying our luggage and offering assistance with settling in. the dining service was prompt and attentive, providing detailed explanations of each dish. i did appreciate how every interaction felt personal and sincere.

The room featured a lovely sea view, the space had beautiful decor and nice natural light throughout the day. the bathroom included underfloor heating, such a cosy addition. We found fresh, quality linens and comfortable pillows on the very soft bed.

The staff helped us with our bags upon arrival. The room had cozy décor. The lounge included a log fire (very inviting).
The walls seemed quite thin (I could hear noises from other rooms). The jacuzzi was out of order . I thought the location was a bit far from the city center.

the staff were warm.. cute and personable upon arrival. i enjoyed relaxing in the room with the comfortable king size bed. the feather bolsters and matching cushions added comfort while watching television. the waiters and waitresses provided attentive, friendly service.
i think introducing some simple bar food, like soup and a sandwich, for a light snack would be a nice addition. sometimes a small bite is all you need!

The staff were cute and helpful. I especially appreciated the quick and efficient check-in process. The hotel location offers beautiful views. The gardens were well kept and provided peaceful spaces for relaxation. The breakfast service featured many choices, including local options.
I noticed that the soundproofing in my room was not optimal. I could hear some noise from the hallway.
